Brian directly mentored Adam in his learning. Adam is doing high-quality work with people of all backgrounds and genders, with a special focus on men and supporting them in healthy masculinity.
Adam completed his Master degree in Counseling at City University of Seattle (Vancouver campus), Brian’s alma mater. He was trained with Brian in narrative therapy during his practicum, and co-facilitated Ask Her groups.

Adam brings with him seven years of experience in various helping roles, including working frontline with individuals experiencing isolation, anxiety, depression, houselessness, substance use, mental health crises, bereavement, and suicidality.
Adam embodies a non-judgmental, strengths-based approach to therapy, that recognizes each person as the expert of their own life. He has an empathetic presence that helps people feel safe enough to accompany him through the unique challenges that his clients are encountering, helping them to redefine their relationships with these challenges and seeking their preferred ways of being.
Adam is passionate about creating a supportive space where clients feel heard and valued. Together, we can explore and address the complexities of your story in a way that honours your experience and supports new possibilities.
